As part of a recruitment process for an art director position at Big Mamma, I was invited to complete a creative assignment: designing one or more posters for a past event organized by the group. I proposed a graphic direction that was simple, cheerful, and in tune with Big Mamma’s vibrant universe. The visuals received very positive feedback from the team.
After several interviews, I decided to withdraw from the process during the third round, as a new professional opportunity arose at that time.
Dans le cadre d’un processus de recrutement pour un poste de directrice artistique chez Big Mamma, j’ai été invitée à réaliser un exercice créatif : imaginer une ou plusieurs affiches pour un événement passé organisé par le groupe. J’ai proposé une direction graphique simple, vivante et joyeuse, en résonance avec l’univers expressif de Big Mamma. Les visuels ont reçu d'excellents retours de la part de l’équipe.
Après plusieurs entretiens, j’ai choisi de mettre fin au processus de recrutement lors du troisième échange, un nouveau projet professionnel s’étant présenté entre-temps.
